Avenger
After his own child was eliminated in Panama in 1994, former CIA agent Calvin Dexter came to be a personal 'expert' in cases which wouldn't reach justice trough the normal lawful networks. 2 years later he approves to locate Richard 'Ricky' Edmunds for his pa, influential rich entrepreneur Stephen Edmonds. Ricky for a private Canadian battle targets charity in Bosnia and also went missing. Dexter finds Ricky was beaten to pulp and drowned for no other criminal offense then aiding street boys from the opposite by Zoran Zilic and his Serbian paramilitary 'order'. He provides Steven to 'complete the task' therefore war bad guys do not go to test. Yet replacement CIA director Paul Devereaux cares only for a nuclear arms job he intends to make use of Zilic for. So CIA troubleshooter Frank McBride is ordered to secure him and also take care of Dexter.
