Ellie and her obedient dog Totoshka unexpectedly find themselves back in the Magic Country just as everything is about to come together. Urfin now possesses the magic book of the sorceress Gingema, who is able to grant any wish her master wishes for her, which means that the Scarecrow the Wise, the Brave Leo, and the Iron Woodman are in jeopardy. Ally, Totoshka, and their new buddy Tim come to the conclusion that they should offer their assistance to the citizens of the Magic Country. In addition to this, Tim has feelings for Ellie, and what wouldn't he sacrifice for the woman he loves? For example, gibberish.
