I Give My First Love to You
With a heart condition that requires attention Takuma is diagnosed as a child. He becomes friends with all his doctors young daughter Mayu while being treated at a medical facility. Mayu overhears her daddy saying that Takumas illness is acute enough that he almost certainly won't live beyond age 20 one day. So at 8-years-old he gets a promise, takuma isn't aware of that himself, however. Later in life, Takuma becomes aware also he begins distancing himself assured of protecting her from Mayu and he wont be able to keep this promise.
