It's been a long time since Caine, Bronson, Angus, and Wendell, also known as 'The Chain Breakers,' escaped the dreadful Vietnamese POW camp. They've now been assigned to the Hogan Hills Retirement Home for Returned Veterans, where they'll share a cell. Each of the boys has an unfulfilled dream that he want to realize. As a result, they band together to design a strategy to get out of this new nightmare. However, the rules of engagement have shifted; in fact, they can't recall what they were before, which is half the difficulty. NEVER TOO LATE is a mash-up of Grumpy Old Men and The Great Escape about four friends who reunite after years apart to teach each other that it's never too late to follow your ambitions.
