This flick has to do with a navy Lieutenant named Johnny Firpo who is bought to collaborate with the Miami Police force to assist quit a gang of jagged card sharks. He requires the help of a professional gambler-now retired called Charlie Firpo. Charlie won't assist Johnny, so Johnny takes Charlies move vehicle as well as he then agrees to assist him. They both figure out that they are half brothers. Johnny convinces Charlie that their daddy is "Blind" and require to raise $ 100,000 for an eye procedure.
