Is the year 2023. Leonardo Ponce, a dictator that required control of the city in 2010's has walled quito. A set of revolutionaries are on the brink of giving a coup d'état. Just hours prior to the strike starts asking tough questions that led everybody to rethink why are they really doing this and steps. In the palace of Ponce, he's hoping to decipher what's happening at town wall. There's movement that is unusual and among the revolutionaries is captured. Ponce attempts to find as much advice as they can from him. Quito 20 23 shows the side of the revolution, the internal battles of these leaders and the hopelessness of a region that must not be controlled.
