Bison, the international terrorist organization Shadowlaw's ruthless leader, has been desperately looking for the fighter on our earth for many years. It is found by him in Ryu, a young wanderer who never stays in one place long enough to get him. He does, but obtain a fix on Ken Experts , an American martial arts champion who studied with Ryu below precisely exactly the same master as a child.
