The Keeping Room
Inside this American Western series towards the close of the Civil War, Southerner Augusta experiences drunken soldiers who are following a quest of violence and pillage, two renegade. Augusta races back that she shares with their female slave Mad and her sister Louise after escaping an attempted assault. When the pair of soldiers track Augusta down intent on exacting revenge, the trio of women are forced to take up arms to fend off their assailants, finding approaches to resourcefully guard their dwelling ----and themselves----as the escalating attacks be much more inconsistent and persistent.
