The Santa Con
As part of his parole officer's order, small-time con artist Nick DeMarco is forced to work as a department store Santa during the holidays, which he finds unbearably frustrating. When he is nearing the end of his first shift, he makes a hasty promise to a small child named Billy that Santa will put his divorced parents back together before Christmas. Eventually, Nick chooses to carry out his commitment to the youngster in some manner or another. The question is whether Nick will ultimately decide to put the happiness of others ahead of his own after meeting the boy's mother Carol.
