The Treatment
Inspector Nick Cafmeyer seems to have it all - looks, brains and a prosperous career. However, a black cloud hangs over his lifetime: as the age of nine, the disappearance of his brother has haunted him. Plettinckx, a known sex offender, has been contested but published. Plettinckx takes fiendish pleasure in harassing Nick and lives close by. Then, when there comes a event to light between a lost nine-year-old, a search that turns to a man hunt is headed by Nick.
