The Unseen
When their son dies in a car accident, Gemma and Will are broken. Gemma blames herself and has panic attacks that make it hard for her to see, as well as hard for the audience to see, as well. Angry, Will thinks he can hear his son's voice calling out. Gemma suggests that they take Paul up on his offer to stay at his country home in the Lake District. This will help them get over their sorrow. Helped by former pharmacist Paul, Gemma tries to stop her panic attacks with medicine. Will can't hear his son in his bedroom back home, so he annoys Paul and then suddenly goes home. Gemma now has to rely on Paul, who seems to have real feelings for her. We see all of these things in Gemma as she loses someone close to her heart. When Will and Paul start to get violent, both in their minds and then in their bodies, things get worse.
