The Watcher
FBI agent Joel Campbell, burnt-out and shell-shocked after years spent chasing serial killers, flees L.A. to start a fresh life for himself in Chicago. But five months after, Joel's best laid plans are cut short when his new hometown gets the setting for some murders--murders which could only have been committed by one individual: David Allen Griffin. One of Joel nemeses, Griffin is now followed his former pursuer in order into Chicago to play with with a game of cat and mouse. Taunting Joel with photographs of his intended victims and departing his offense scenes meticulously with no hints so as to keep the police at bay, Griffin succeeds as much joy out of watching as watching his victims each movement is reacted to by Joel expire. But if Joel's inner circle is moved into by Griffin, Joel must quickly find a way to stop him someone close to him becomes the one to expire.
