The location of one ton of cocaine in an abandoned warehouse was discovered six years ago by a criminal mastermind. With the exception of his vicious sidekick and his attractive but lethal girlfriend, no one knows where the drugs are hidden. Instead of handing over his stockpile to the authorities or a rival gang, the criminal, a mystery Jamaican named Ghost, decides to take it to prison with him instead. Despite being kidnapped by a black box covert operative by the name of Cole (Bill Koruna), he manages to elude capture with the assistance of an FBI agent (Angela Williams). Cole's primary purpose now that he is free on parole is to obtain the cocaine, sell it, and then escape into a life of luxury. However, his actions are being thoroughly scrutinized by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Russian mob, and other criminals, and everyone is interested in tracing the trail to the secret cache of cocaine.
