800 Bullets
In Almeria, Spain, Julián Torralba worked as a stuntman in the film industry. Stunt performances for a few hundred people are now the only way he and his colleagues can earn a living after making their money in American Westerns shot in Spain. Because of his isolation from both his daughter-in-law Laura and her son Carlos, Julián is haunted by thoughts of the death of their other son, a stuntman. A young boy, Carlos, becomes fascinated by his father's life and runs away to join Julián and his band of ex-convicts. There Carlos is introduced to the wild ways of these hard-drinking pseudo cowboys. In the wake of Laura's discovery that Carlos has joined Julián, she attempts to obliterate even this sliver of the once-proud career of Julián's nemesis. For Julián and the cowboys, there is only one course of action: fight back.
