Cold War

They state Hong Kong is your safest city in Asia. But tonight, a police van was hijacked together side the arms, equipment and also the five officers aboard, one of those hostages being the sole son of police deputy commissioner M.B. Lee! With the chief commissioner away on a summit overseas, the fiery Lee instantly takes control of this rescue operation -- codenamed"Cold War" -- although the cryptic kidnappers certainly know the police procedures and are so in a beneficial position. Objecting into Lee procedures, one other commissioner Sean Lau steps to lead the surgery. But Lau's careful want to make a deal with the kidnappers eventually ends up a failure, losing the life of his lieutenant in the approach and the $50 million cash ransom. The ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption) begins to analyze Lau and Lee on suspicion of having hidden ties into this kidnappers...
