Isoken

Isoken is worried Around by everyone in the Osayande family. Even though she's got what seems to be a fantastic life - beautiful, successful and surrounded by friends and family - Isoken is unmarried at 34 that, at a culture obsessed with marriage, is serious cause for concern. Matters come to a head at her youngest sister's marriage when she is thrust by her mother Osaze, with the supreme Edo man into an orchestrated match making. Osaze is successful and out of a fantastic family, which makes him the perfect Nigerian husband's material. However, in a sudden twist of events, Isoken matches with Kevin who she finds herself falling deeply in love and he just might be exactly what she wants in a partner. The one problem is, not only is he no Edo person, but he could be Oyinbo (Caucasian). Isoken is a dramedy that explores cultural fantasies stereotypes as well as the bonds that unite families at a touching, dramatic and comedic way.
