Jade Warrior
A love-struck sword hero battles against his destiny in ancient China, thousands of years ago. To be reunited with his beloved, he seeks another opportunity, and in the frigid north of modern Finland, he receives that chance. It takes place in ancient China and modern-day Finland. We're learning about our warrior's background as we go along, and it's progressively revealing his true identity, as well as his extraordinary abilities and ultimate destiny. Finns and Chinese legends collide in the first Finnish Kung Fu film, Jade Warrior. The film Jade Warrior pays homage to the Kung Fu genre while also incorporating an innovative take on the Kalevala, Finland's national epic.
