The year is 2045, and the ongoing drug war has wreaked devastation on the governments of the United States and Mexico. Due to unethical business tactics, Gear Side International, a robotics engineering firm, loses a multibillion-dollar government contract. They sell their technology to the Malvado cartel on the underground market as they are on the verge of bankruptcy. In the wrong hands, powerful military robots technology. The cartel takes advantage of it by replacing their enforcers, hit men, and troops with it. The cartel eventually grows to pose a significant threat to the US.
