La Promesse

Igor, aged 15, and also his father Roger deal in housing and peddling illicit labor from the outlying areas of Liege, Belgium. Lies scams and swindling rule their lives. When among his true father's illegal workers gets injured on the job and asks Igor to claim to look after his wife and baby, Igor finds himself.
