SPEC: Zero

High school student Saya Toma (Erika Toda) lost her parents and younger brother at an airplane crash. Detective Akio Kondo (Yu Tokui) came and told her"the household has a high possibility they were murdered by those who have spec." That was the very first time she heard of"spec". 6 years after, Saya Toma, who's never forgotten what the Detective said, decides to be a priest. After receiving instruction by the FBI at the USA she returns. Saya Toma is delegated to work cases. Meanwhile, because of Satoshi Chii's (Yuu Shirota) plot, Juichi Ninomae (Ryunosuke Kamiki) considers Saya Toma his parents' enemy and tries to push her to the edge. The plot of satoshi Chii also has caused Saya Toma and Juichi Ninomae to forget they are brother and sister. The siblings are led to some struggle that was life-staking. A woman named Maho Ueno (Umika Kawashima) becomes involved with his or her fight. To safeguard Maho Ueno, Saya Toma uses"spec".
