Ten Canoes

A story within a tale within a tale. In Australia's Northern Territory, an Indigenous narrator narrates about his ancestors on a goose hunt. A youngster on the hunt is being lured to infidelity with his elder brother's other half, so a senior tells him a tale from the mythological past regarding just how wicked can slip in and also trigger havoc unless prevented by virtue according to customary tribal regulation.
