The Adventure of Denchu-Kozo

Hikari is a tormented and teased boy at school because he has an electricity pole sprouting out of his back. However, he is rescued by one of his classmates, Momo. Hikari expresses his gratitude by giving her access to his most prized possession: a time machine. He then starts the time machine, which transfers him 25 years into the future into a gloomy, dystopian world. Members of the Shinsengumi Vampire Gang are chasing a woman named Dr. Sariba, who turns out to be Momo's future self. She tells Hikari that she has been waiting for his return from the past for a long time, and that he has a vital role to play in this situation: he and he alone must save the planet.
