The Delinquent

Delivery boy Chung delivers a package to an area martial arts school. In his demonstration of his kung fu training, he hits a bag and kicks the instructor out of the gym for his money. Chung has to deal with a lot of hardships in his daily life. His father is a constant source of encouragement for him to succeed. Chien-Pe, a crippled thug who runs a gang, confronts him one day. Because of his aggressive behavior against his coworkers, Chung is demoted to the status of unemployed. Chien goes to Tai Chung, his supervisor, in order to get Chung.
