The Far Country

As a golden opportunity to make a lot of money in beef, Jeff Webster sees the beginning of the Klondike gold rush Back in 1896. . .and woe betide anyone standing in his manner! He compels a cattle herd by Wyoming into Seattle, by ship to Skagway, also (after a delay caused by larcenous town boss Gannon) through the hills to Dawson. There, he and his partner Ben Tatum enter into the business themselves. Two amazing ladies autumn for Jeff that is misanthropic, however, he considers turning his back. . .until dwelling is finally struck by it.
