The Scythian Lamb

Based upon a manga created by Tatsuhiko Yamagami, the story is set in a previous port town Uobuka, where 6 previous offenders were sent to live there by the federal government, with the intent of re-socialising them. Apart from minority who understand about the project, the general townsfolk has no idea of the previous convicts' identifications. Tsukisue is the pleasurable and efficient municipal official put in charge of the program. As he gradually finds out about their past, a body is found.
