The Shattering

From the dead of the night, Donovan drives to some secret rendezvous in the forests with Lucy, his girlfriend and lots of friends. They believe they're meeting a"healer" who is able to fix Lucy's cancer, but they grow leery when a boobytrap in the street forces them to avoid due to the destination. He is murdered and hauled from the car when the driver reaches out to investigate. Terrified, the friends run to get their lives to a cabin, dodging in addition to the mortal animals that slaughtered his or her pals. While the friends die, one by one, they realize too late that Donovan has put up them as lure in exchange for a magical elixir he thinks will heal Lucy, but Donovan isn't prepared to pay the price for Lucy's cure.
