The Story of Adele H.

While living off the coast of England in exile adèle Hugo, daughter of French writer Victor Hugo, falls deeply in love with soldier Albert Pinson. Though he spurns her affections, she follows him to Nova Scotia and assumes Adèle Lewly's alias. Albert proceeds to reject her, but she remains obsessive in her quest to win him over. Paths him , furthering her down spiral, when Albert is stationed at the West Indies.
