Tragic Ceremony

Four young people, including rich kid Bill, Joe, Fred, and Jane, arrive at a remote villa after a peaceful sailboat ride. Their dune buggy has run out of gas, so they knock on the door. Bill had gifted the attractive Jane a pearl necklace with a reportedly paranormal past earlier in the day, and this opens a can of worms later on. They are invited to spend the night at the mansion, which is owned by Lord and Lady Alexander. That night, a strange ceremony is being held there, and a group of strange people in black robes will be there. In the evening, Jane comes out of her sleeping room as if in a trance and is led to an altar where the robed houseguests are hovering over her. As the young woman is about to be stabbed with a knife, three of her friends rush to her aid. However, they also see a chaotic mass murder, which makes them feel guilty and uncertain as they run away.
