You Lucky Dog

After the death of her mother, New York City fashion designer Lisa Rayborn (Natasha Henstridge) goes back to her hometown and family farm in the country. Because the economy is weak, her brother Jim (Harry Hamlin) has changed the family business from a cattle farm to a sheep farm, even though their father (Lawrence Dane) doesn't like it. Lisa decides to stay and help out on the farm in order to help out her family. She gets a border collie from the animal shelter and trains it to be a sheepdog. She names the dog Lucky. It's a sheep herding contest that Jim and Lisa want to enter Lucky in. When a severe storm starts a forest fire, Lucky helps rescue the children and get them to safety by herding the sheep. When Lucky does this, her leg gets burned, and it looks like she won't be able to run.
