A reality-tv show where 5 star couples in relationships that are rocky each season would remain in a large mansion together with continuous meetings together with psychologists and experts from the field led by Dr. Jenn Mann to try to sort their own relationship issues as well as personal ones. The 2 couples that spawned the most controversy in press were the tumultious dating beween rapper DMX and Tashera Simmons plus celebrity Doug Hutchinson (The Green Mile) and wife and fame-seeker Courtney Stodden (they stood out alot because of Courtney being 17 turning 18 once the show has been filmed while Doug was 52). Some Alist celebs appeared (Too-short, Treach from Naughty By Nature, Jenna Jameson, Scott Stapp from Creed, Jo-jo from K Ci and Jo-jo and Ghostface Killah for instance). However 1 / 2 of the so called actors were people from prior reality-shows such as The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, Teen Mom and Jersey Shore which have beenn't even famous when those shows were around & most even forgot existed once they appeared with this series.
