Jonas

Jonas, previously promoted as"J.O.N.A.S.", is a Disney Channel Original Series created by Roger S. H. Schulman and Michael Curtis, starring the Jonas Brothers. The brothers seem like the"Lucas Brothers", the three members of the literary band"JONAS" who strive to live a typical life in the face of stardom. The pilot had been filmed in 2007 but as a result of the 2007--2008 Writers Guild of America hit, the series was placed on hold. The first date had been set in January 2008, however, has been pushed back to September 2008. The series established on May 2, 2009 on Disney Channel, also became on demand starting April 25, 2009. JONAS is your first Disney Channel Original Series (DCOS) since Phil of the Future perhaps never to be filmed before a live studio audience to get a laugh track. The series was the premiere on a Saturday night, a portion of a deliberate plan by Disney to open up to initial programming and also contend with the traditional dominance of the day of Nickelodeon. The series is set in New Jersey and shot Hollywood Center Studios.
