Laverne & Shirley

From January 27, 1976 to May 10, 1983, Laverne & Shirley was an American television sitcom that aired on ABC. Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams starred as unmarried roommates Laverne De Fazio and Shirley Feeney, who worked as bottlecappers in a fictitious Milwaukee brewery named "Shotz Brewery." The show was a spin-off from Happy Days, as the two main characters were introduced as Fonzie's friends on that show. The timeline spans nearly the same time period as the series, beginning in 1958 and ending in 1967. It was produced by Paramount Television, and executive produced by Garry Marshall, Edward K. Milkis, and Thomas L. Miller, just like Happy Days.
