Mummies Alive! Is an American animated series from DIC Entertainment. It aired for one season.
In early Egypt, an evil sorcerer named Scarab, kills the pharaoh's son, Prince Rapses, therefore he could become immortal. Entombed living today's world that is modern is revived in by Scarab and begins his hunt for Rapses' re incarnation, a San Francisco-dwelling boy named Presley Carnovan to retrieve the spirit of Rapses' therefore he could become immortal. Rapses' bodyguards,'' Nefer-Tina, and Ja-Kal, Rath, Armon, Together with Rapses' cat, Kahti, awake from the deceased to protect him. They make use of Ra's ability to transform to powerful guardians.
Every one of the mummies is coordinated with all an Egyptian god's strength. Ja-Kal and Nefer-Tina use the spirit of falcon and the spirit of cat, respectively. They can call to get powers and magical armor to fight super human evil doers. Even though, once their strength is exhausted, they must rest in their sarcophagi. To be able to access those forces, the mummies call-out the term"Together with the Power of Ra!" , which triggers their transformation. Even the mummies have the power to generate a horrifying faceutilized to scare bystanders away.
