A small girl who packs a punch, tsumiki Miniwa, is deeply in love with her best friend, Io Otonashi that is easy going and tall. The problem is she can't bring herself to come out and say it. And, despite the fact they is able to read her just like a novel, Io doesn't seem to be able to pick up the clues that are obvious --even with their friends all teasing that there's no one better fitted to each other. Acchi Kocchi follows her circle of friends and Tsumiki as they go through their lives. Between Mayoi the electronics nerd, Sakaki the pranksteralong with also the Hime, Tsumiki's friends won't ever let her live down her crush. Whether Tsumiki will acquire the courage to say the way she truly feels but only time will tell.
