Ninth Happiness

Choi Hung is a village full of good people who work and sing. Chi Wan, the most beautiful girl in town, sees a stranger in the woods and thinks he is a fairy. She falls in love with him. He keeps his real name a secret and asks her sister, Heung, for advice. She tells him to buy Chi Wan a fan. Chi Wan and Heung's boyfriend, Dup, mistakenly think that the stranger and Heung are dating, which makes them jealous. Two brothers, the new town official and his rough enforcer, are also new to town. They can't believe there's no graft and corruption to make money from, so they try to open a whorehouse. They're also looking for Chi Wan. Can everything be figured out? Will innocence prevail? Who is this mysterious person?
